Ingredients:
- 1 all-beef hot dog (such as Vienna Beef), (approx. 85g)
- 1 poppy seed hot dog bun (approx. 50g)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (28g)
- 2 tablespoons sweet neon green relish (30g)
- ¼ cup chopped white onion (25g)
- 2 tomato wedges (approx. 50g)
- 1 dill pickle spear (approx. 30g)
- 2 sport peppers (or pepperoncini, for milder heat), (approx. 5g)
- ⅛ teaspoon celery salt (0.5g)
Instructions:
- Chop the white onion. Slice the tomatoes into wedges. Gather the relish, mustard, pickle spears, and sport peppers.
- Steam the hot dog until heated through. Alternatively, simmer in water until heated through.
- Lightly steam or warm the poppy seed bun.
- Place the hot dog in the bun.
- Apply yellow mustard generously down the length of the dog. Spread neon green relish next to the mustard. Sprinkle chopped white onion over the relish. Arrange the tomato wedges along one side. Place the pickle spear on the other side. Tuck the sport peppers between the tomatoes and pickle.
- Sprinkle a generous dash of celery salt over the entire hot dog.
