Ingredients:
- Two 6-ounce (approximately 170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried dill
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) salt
- ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) black pepper
- Lemon wedges (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket or on a rack. Brush the marinade evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Check doneness with an instant-read thermometer; aim for 145°F/63°C. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon.
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley, if desired.
