Ingredients:

  • Two 6-ounce (approximately 170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon (pinch) black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket or on a rack. Brush the marinade evenly over the top of each fillet.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Check doneness with an instant-read thermometer; aim for 145°F/63°C. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon.
  5. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley, if desired.
