Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) red potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper, or to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly. Dice into uniform 1-inch cubes. This ensures even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure all the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if your model requires preheating. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket (or flip potatoes). Cook for another 10 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  4. Transfer potatoes to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley (if using). Serve immediately.
