Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) fresh broccoli florets, cut into equal sizes
- 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp (3g) fine sea salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp (2g) garlic powder
- 2 tbsp (8g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (5ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch (0.5g) red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Wash the broccoli and pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel to prevent steaming and ensure a crispy texture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss thoroughly until every floret is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place the broccoli in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are mahogany-colored.
- Immediately remove from the air fryer and toss with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon juice while hot.
