Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons Dried Greek Oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Lemon Zest

Instructions:

  1. Measure out all dried herbs (Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pepper, Salt, and Lemon Zest, if using) precisely into your mixing bowl or storage jar.
  2. Use a small whisk or fork to thoroughly combine all the measured spices until they are evenly distributed throughout the mix. Ensure no pockets of single herbs remain.
  3. Rub a small pinch of the blend between your palms to release the essential oils and check the fragrance (Optional Aroma Test).
  4. Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight container. Allow the blend to 'marry' for at least 24 hours before heavy use for the best flavour integration.
