Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (115g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup (60ml) marinara sauce, sugar-free
  • ¼ cup (30g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, and salt. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, round pizza crust.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
