Ingredients:
- 4 oz (115g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup (60ml) marinara sauce, sugar-free
- ¼ cup (30g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, and salt. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, round pizza crust.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden.
- Remove from oven. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the crust, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
