Ingredients:

  • 14 ounces (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces (200g) mini marshmallows
  • 4 ounces (115g) roasted almonds, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk into the melted white chocolate until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped roasted almonds until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the nougat bar from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
