Ingredients:
- 14 ounces (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate chips
- 7 ounces (200g) mini marshmallows
- 4 ounces (115g) roasted almonds, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk into the melted white chocolate until combined.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped roasted almonds until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the nougat bar from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
