Fashion - women's apparel and shoes
TALLY WEIJL, an international fashion group operating more than 300 stores in 30 countries, was looking to introduce its line into a new region with relatively unfamiliar taste. HerTaste evaluated TALLY WEIJL’s designs with a confidential panel of trendsetters from the target market. After careful comparison of TALLY WEIJL’s performance in various fashion categories to benchmarks in our product database, HerTaste was able to give a recommendation on whether or not to launch the line in the new market.

Fashion - men's/women's jewery and accessories
EBB.AND.PFLOW and Cinsummer are Paris-based jewelry and accessories designers that sell predominantly via showrooms and trade shows. When the economy turned, the founders were faced with significant amounts of excess inventory that they could have moved quickly with heavily discounts, but risked diluting their brand in the process. HerTaste ran the line past a test panel, and within two days we generated a list of products which delivered favorable responses. The highest rated pieces became the core offering to which no discounts were applied and the remaining pieces were aggressively discounted to move quickly.
